Hello, and welcome to my travel blog! Normally I am not very good at these, but I intend to try and use it as much as possible, to document life along the way, and to keep my worried family/friends at home up-to-date!!
I am about to commence on what is probably the biggest adventures of my life. Having done a lot of travel previously, both independently, and with others. I am moving to New Zealand on January 1st, to work for up to 12 months … then I am a free spirit from there, possibly more travel on my way back to the UK! So far my organisation has been limited to registering to practice as an Occupational Therapist (a costly process), securing a job, handing in my notice at my current job and booking a flight (where I managed to bargain like crazy with the friendly folks at the Flight Centre), but I have so much more to do; I mean, how do you move your life from one side of the World, to the other. I guess I will soon find out.

The countdown is currently on; 40 days until the move.
